京港澳高速公交道半月平均提速约65% 三环效果较弱   北京晨报讯(记者 曹晶瑞)10月10日,本市三环路全线、京藏高速和京港澳高速公交专用道启用。昨日上午,市公交集团发布数据称,半月以来,三条道路公交专用道均有所提速,其中京港澳高速公交专用道提速最为明显,公交早高峰平均提速约65% ,而三环则仅提速13%。   市公交集团运营部部长曹炎介绍说,三环路全线、京藏高速和京港澳高速公交专用道的启用,是1997年公交专用道施划以来,调整力度最大的一次,为快速通行网的建立奠定了基础。   据统计,三路段公交专用道启用以来,效果比较好。其中效果最好的是京港澳,上周受到两个严重拥堵日的影响,京港澳公交专用道早高峰平均提速约65%。其次是京藏高速公交专用道,提速约56.5%,而三环公交专用道效果相对较弱,早高峰内环提速13.7%,外环平均时速为25.2公里,提速12.8%。 “我们是20多秒发一辆公交车,大多都堵在了出入口。”曹炎表示。据悉,三环路共有130余个出入口。   三环公交专用道开通以后,不少驾车市民反映开车慢了。对此,曹炎解释,公交专用道的开通,其实是一次资源的再分配。此次开通的三条公交专用道,涉及的公交线路115条,受益乘客在百万以上。   北京工业大学建筑与城市规划学院副教授熊文表示,对公交线网的评价分为三个阶段,即对车、效率、舒适度的评价。其中,第二个阶段按照人的效率来评价,比如京通快速路开通公交专用道后,公交车速增加了四倍,97%的人通过公交输送。   曹炎还表示,目前从满载率上来说,地面公交满载率比较低,约为50%至60%左右,新增的车辆都是空调车,公交舒适度会有所提升。   此外,天通苑、回龙观等大型社区的接驳问题一直是市民关注的热点。曹炎表示,公交方面已开始解决这个问题。其表示,今年年中,公交集团已经向政府提出准备采购200辆6米的清洁能源车,这些小型公交将作为社区巴士,解决家门口到目的地的服务问题。相关的主题文章:
